Voibix (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website at voibixai.com (the “Site”) and provides AI voice agent services to businesses. For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Voibix is the “data controller” for personal data collected through the Site.

Information you give us directly

When you complete the “Book your demo” form, we collect:

• Your name
• Your work email address
• Your phone number
• Any message content you include

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect:

• Your IP address (used for approximate location and fraud prevention)
• Device and browser type, operating system, screen size
• Pages viewed, time spent, and interaction events
• Referring URL and the page that brought you here

We do not knowingly collect sensitive categories of personal data (e.g., health, biometric, religious, or political) through the Site.

• To respond to your demo request — we use your name, email, and phone number to schedule and conduct your demo call.
• To improve the Site — we use analytics data to understand which pages are valuable and how performance can be improved.
• To prevent abuse — we use server logs and anti-bot measures (honeypot fields, submission timing) to block spam and fraud.
• To comply with law — we may retain or disclose information where legally required.

If you are in the European Economic Area, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on the following legal bases under GDPR Article 6:

Our service providers may store and process data in the United States or other countries outside your own. Where required by law, these transfers rely on safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, or equivalent mechanisms under UK and Swiss law.

The Site uses a small set of cookies, primarily for analytics via Google Analytics. Categories in use:

• Strictly necessary — required for basic site functionality. Always on.
• Analytics — Google Analytics cookies measure aggregated usage. You can opt out at any time.

You can control cookies by:

• Adjusting your browser's privacy settings to block or delete cookies

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to:

Some browsers transmit a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no common industry standard for responding to these signals, the Site does not currently respond to them. You can still disable analytics using the opt-out mechanisms described above.

We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing (including profiling) that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

• Contact-form submissions are retained for as long as needed to respond to your request and follow up, typically up to 24 months from last contact.
• Analytics data is retained for 14 months in Google Analytics, after which it is automatically deleted.
• Server logs are retained for up to 30 days for security and debugging.

You can request earlier deletion by contacting us.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information — including HTTPS encryption in transit, access controls for our providers, and regular review of our practices. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we ever become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

The Site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16 (or under 13 where applicable under the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, email us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Any updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to provide additional notice.
